The C558SSAZ model is equipped with the CHA (Automatic Crimp Height Reproduction Mechanism) as an additional option.
This model is based on the C551SSA and features two
waterproof seal insertion units (DF-01) for both ends.
Achieved 2,990 bottles/hour (L=300).
■It features three independent blades: a front stripping blade, a cutting blade, and a rear stripping blade. Furthermore, the inclusion of a new "cut after stripping" mode drastically reduces problems caused by stripping dust remaining on the blades.
■The front carrier dust, strip dust, and rear carrier dust each have their own separate dust boxes. Strip dust is prevented from scattering by air blowing and powerful suction.
■The waterproof seal dispenser
uses a dedicated disc to sort the seals in the correct orientation, ensuring stable supply. Sensors monitor the seals, allowing for precise dispensing down to the last one.
■CHA (Automatic Crimp Height Reproduction Device)

This device stores ram height information simultaneously with processing data in memory, and automatically reproduces the ram height when the memory is read at a later date.

Waterproof chuck and carry pin fit for waterproof seals
A dedicated disk contoured to fit the shape of waterproof seals sorts waterproof seals in the correct direction, ensuring speedier and reliable supply.
The disk feeder monitors waterproof seals through a sensor and can supply waterproof seals to the last one without fail. It is not necessary to fine-adjust vibrations at all like a straight feeder. In addition, setups can be easily changed.
◆CFM Crimp force monitor
The load cell, which is installed in the ram of crimping unit, measures the precise crimping force for every terminal crimping. Since an encoder is used to control all the angles, measurement timing does not change regardless of voltage fluctuation.
◆CHA Crimp height automatic reproduction mechanism
Crimp quality is controlled by the crimp height. Since crimp force is related to the crimp height, the C558SSAZ automatically adjusts the crimp force (crimp height), when the crimp force value is specified. Settings can be saved in memory function.
◆One machine to cover thin and thick wires!
CASTUGNON covers a wide range of wire size: #32~#12. You need only one machine to perform all different processing, which conventionally required three to four different machines.
