●This dedicated tube cutting machine has been redesigned to improve usability and reliability.

●The touch panel has been adopted, and the circuit board and power supply system have been revamped. Processing speed has also been improved by optimizing operation.

●It uses a flat blade that drops vertically to cut, minimizing damage to the processed tube and enabling stable cutting.

●It is compatible with both slit and non-slit corrugated tubes. When processing slit tubes,

a guide is used to keep the slits facing downwards, ensuring stable processing.

●This system is equipped with a multilingual display function and has ample room to accommodate the addition of more languages. Currently, it supports 13 languages (Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Turkish, Polish, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese (2 languages), and Spanish (2 languages)).

●By incorporating the CPS-01G (peak/valley cutting mechanism), it is now possible to cut tubes by specifying the peak or valley cutting position according to your needs.

●You can choose between a mode where you specify the entire length and then specify whether to cut at the peak or valley, and a mode where the number of peaks or valleys you specify is counted and then cut.

*This is limited to unslit corrugated tubes.
